- Service Not Rendered: If the service you purchased was not provided due to an error on our part, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation by Customer: If you cancel a service before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less any administrative fees incurred.
- Defective Deliverables: If the deliverable provided does not meet the agreed-upon specifications and we are unable to correct the issue, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully rendered as described.
- Monthly subscription fees after the subscription period has begun.
- Custom design or development work once the work has started and/or been delivered.
- Marketing services, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or SEO, where campaigns have already been launched or completed.
- Third-party service costs incurred on your behalf.
3. Credit Card Requirement
Customers are required to submit their credit card information at the start of any service. The purpose of collecting credit card details is to ensure compliance with our subscription terms. In the unlikely event that a customer chooses to cancel their subscription prior to the term ending, we will charge an early termination fee of $500. By submitting your credit card information, you agree to these terms
4. Subscription Term Commitment
Customers are obligated to remain subscribed until the term ends. If a customer wishes to end their subscription early, they may do so by paying an early termination fee of $500. Once the balance is paid, we will terminate the service and close the subscription. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge your responsibility for fulfilling the subscription commitment.
5. Work Ownership and Transfer Fees
During the course of the subscription, TruckingCompanySites.com reserves the rights to all work performed for the customer. If a customer wishes to transfer the website we built to another server or developer, there is a one-time fee of $150. Our developers will package up the website and provide a copy of the website to the client. Additionally, if we purchased the domain for a customer, we charge a one-time fee of $150 to unlock and transfer the domain. By using our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the associated transfer fees.
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Your name and contact information.
- The service purchased.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your claim.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that additional time may be required for your financial institution to process the refund.
